God reveals glimpses ever so slight of heaven in His creation (Nature), in people we encounter (Who are, in their words, actions and lifestyle Christ-like) and circumstances. Let's keep our eyes open and consciously look for God while He may still be found. This is the age when Heaven roars and may we not be deaf to the bellows, the calls, the whispers of grace, mercy and hope.

A Beautiful Burden

The Holy Spirit prompts us to share God's Word and hope with other people. It's the burden of belonging to Jesus Christ, but it's a beautiful burden. When we step out of out of our comfort zones and live our lives for Christ-- picking up our cross daily-- we do find the life to the fullest, the life God intended for us to have in Him, the life He promised us in John 10:10. But we gotta trust Him, guys! We gotta get out there, go all in, and no looking back to old addictions, whether they're porn, cutting, drugs, drinking, whatever it is! The burden of Christ is not easy sometimes, but I can wholeheartedly and confidently say it's so fulfilling and so worth it and it's glory will reach its apex when, in heaven, God the Father in all His glory divine, will be enthroned before us and will say to each of us, "Well done My good and faithful servant." If that doesn't get us pumped, I don't know what will! So everyone, LET's FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT! LET'S GO ALL IN! Always, Only, for Christ Jesus, our Lord, our Savior, our Hope, our Redeemer!

Overcome

Because Jesus overcame the world, because He overcame death, because He lives again-- so can we. We can receive freedom from the unsatisfying bondage of this world; we can overcome spiritual death, having our desire of fulfillment met in life; and we can live with Him in His heaven forever. God is ready to give you grace, willing and alone is able. Are you willing to accept it, then to follow Christ? It's a large step of faith to take, my friends. But boy-- everything else pales in comparison. God loves you, values you, and sees you as you truly are. We need God; He need not us. God wants us anyway; and my question is: Do we? This, this is how we overcome: Through our personal testimony in Christ, through the blood of Christ and His Grace that covers a multitude of sins. Amen.

Aflame

Often people speak about being on fire for God. While this is a good thing, I'm trying to give that thought a different perspective. Has anyone prayed to hate sin, wishing to consume its presence in your life by the righteous and indignant fire of God? Praying to hate sin is as powerful as praying to love and want righteousness. When the mass of sin is gone, our wick will then burn full bright; for sin is the lack of oxygen that causes death of our flame for Christ. But Christ is the Life-Giver. He gives us oxygen to fill our lungs with life and to keep our fire burning for Him. It is important to pray to hate sin, my friends. Vital and effective.

Hope

The best way to find unending hope, peace and joy in this life is to search for it in Christ Jesus our Lord. Like the sunflower continually faces the sun, so we must too-- through all aspects, compartments and stages of life-- stay focused on the Son, Jesus Christ. For when we do so, He will make our paths straight; we will become closer tied with Him; and our trust will only deepen in the sureness of His promises. Let us find hope and joy in Him today by confessing what hidden sins we may harbor and aiming to follow Him to the best of our ability.

All throughout life, He leads us, oftentimes into greener pastures. And we leave our tracks on the sands of time, sometimes to endure, sometimes to not. May we all leave a trail of goodness behind our track to honor God alone.
